When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be shipped within 7 days of your order and will take another 3 to 4 days to arrive after that.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

After your order is placed changes + cancellations can be made within 24 hours.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return non-customized, unworn items for merchandise credit within​ 7 days of receipt ​(based on USPS timestamp date received). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us to start this process.

How do I exchange my order?

Ce can exchange your order within 7 days of receipt. Your order MUST be in original unworn condition.

Can you repair my jewelry?

Wild Sol Jewelry chains are ensured with a 45 day warranty. If your chain breaks within 45 days we will replace it for free.

We charge a $20 repair fee on all pieces (this fee includes shipping costs). Please contact us so we can assess your needs and what we are able to do for you!

 

What is my pieces don't fit?

If your order does not fit you contact us immediately! We can exchange for the correct ring size, or necklace length. 

 

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All items that are gold or brass plated will tarnish over time and should be stored in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth. 14k filled items can be worn wherever you please.  

 

Why don't my stones match the photos? 

We use AAA quality gemstones and crystals. All stones are natural entities and no two are identical. We handpick our stones as we wrap them and match them as precisely as possible.

 

What if I lose one earring? 

Contact us right away if you lose an earring. We can create a half order for you. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings.
